![]() Dean of Students and Student Affairs DivisionJudicial Procedures564-8287 APU views all disciplinary cases as educational opportunities. Anyone living, working or studying within the APU community has the right to bring charges against individuals who they believe are in violation of the Conduct Code. Disciplinary cases are administered through the Dean of Students Office. For most minor situations, incident reports are filed by a member of the University community. Hearings are held involving the Director of Housing and Residence Life and/or the Dean of Students with the individual(s) alleged to have violated one or more elements of the Student Conduct Code. The Student Handbook has more complete details of how the Student Conduct system works. |
