Maintenance Requests

While we always ask students to be respectful and take care of our living spaces, from time to time, there will be things that need fixing! If you have a maintenance need, please fill out the online form or stop by the Residence Life Office during normal business hours to turn in your request in person.

Please provide us with as much detail as possible when submitting a request for maintenance—it will help us get the matter resolved for you more quickly!

Examples of possible Maintenance Requests include:

Light bulbs that need replacing
Smoke detector battery that needs replacing
Clogged toilets

If you have an after-hours emergency situation in your room (example: actively flooding water), please contact the RA Cell phone at 244-7955
